“Selfishness Kills a Marriage Pt 1”
The following are a few behaviors of a Selfish spouse:
1. Insensitive to loved ones.
2. Excessively angry when everything doesn't go as they want.
3. Exaggerated sense of self-importance.
4. Manipulative.
5. Uses others to obtain what they want.
For the good of our marriages we must continually take a sobering look at ourselves and not be in denial when God challenges us to change in this area.
Philippians 2:3-4 - New Living Translation (NLT) - 3 Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. 4 Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.
